In Bubble Island players can earn awards by completing various challenges. These include, for example, unlocking a certain number of stages, dropping larger number of bubbles at once, and completing levels with bouncing every shot off of a wall.

- Warrior - Better than 10 friends
- Medicine Man - Better than 20 friends
- Clan Chief - Better than 30 friends
- Rise to Power - Passed 3 friends during one session
- Bubble Baron - Finished 5 stages in a row during one session
- Island Emperor - Finished all 10 stages in a row during one session

- Bouncy Bubbles - Every bubble shot bounced off a wall and exploded
- Bubble Burst - 15 exploded bubbles at once
- Clean as a whistle - 20 exploded bubbles at once
- Make it rain - 20 dropped bubbles at once
- Bubble Monsoon - 40 dropped bubbles at once
- Friend of the Bubbles - More dropped than exploded bubbles in 1 level
- Bubble Rush - Level cleared in less than 5 seconds
- High Five - Level cleared in 5 shots or less
- Bull's Eye - Level cleared with 1 shot (only possible on Level 12 Stage 10)
- Survivor - Stage 7 or higher cleared with no lives used
